If something goes wrong, please let us know right away and we will do everything we can to take care of it.
If our service does not meet your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

Log into your customer account and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

Standard cleaning includes cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. Other services can be added on via the booking form (i.e. cleaning the fridge, oven, etc)
When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go.
Yes! We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.
